The GHH RAND® slim line, plug and play air cooler, has been developed for a multitude of applications, for use with both truck air compressors and blowers.
The remote air cooler is designed for use within the dry bulk discharge market for offloading of temperature sensitive materials, including foods & plastics. The cooler is offered in two versions, volume dependent 800 m³/h (RAC8) and 1,150 m³/h (RAC11), optimized to best suit your installation without creating unwanted humidity in discharged airflow. Its preassembled design allows for an out-of-the-box installation and an easy coupled installation to our compressor and blower range.
Slim Line Design
The compact and space saving design of the RAC to bolt simply and quickly on the right side of the tractor with as little as only 300 mm space needed.
Plug & Play Solution
Fully engineered, pre-assembled design complete with mounting bracket means that the RAC is ready to install straight away, offering a low-hassle, “fit & forget” solution. Might be added to any of our compressor packages to help customers meet the health and safety requirements of industries where heat-sensitive materials must be unloaded efficiently.
Highly Flexible Design
The RAC offers exceptional flexibility, allowing configuration with either a single cooled air discharge or a dual hot/cold outlet—ideal for silo drying after cleaning. An optional top-port cooled air discharge is also available, along with customizable port connections, hose couplings, fan control, and more.
Optimised to Vehicle Configuration
The remote air cooler is designed for perpendicular mounting to the vehicle chassis, using a easy to fix mounting bracket that ensures a secure and straightforward installation. It is well-suited for both trailer or behind-the-cab mounting, offering versatile integration options across different vehicle configurations.
GHH RAND’s RAC is a recommended ancillary option for industries and applications where heat-sensitive products and items are being discharged. The addition of a bolt-on RAC to a compressor package creates a cooled solution for the conveyance of temperature sensitive items such as food and plastics.
